What is the minimum order quantity for Private Label?
The basic minimum production volume is 200–300 liters per product, depending on the formulation, packaging, and complexity of the product. For mass-produced items (active foams, waxes, and cleaning products), test batches starting at 100 liters are possible.
Can you manufacture products under our brand?
Yes, we offer a private label service—a full production cycle under your brand: formula development, label design, document preparation, packaging, and delivery.
What documents are provided with the products?
Each shipment is accompanied by a quality certificate, a certificate of conformity, and a safety data sheet (SDS). Upon request, we can prepare a technical dosing chart for car wash or cleaning service staff.
What is the lead time for this order?
The production time for a standard batch is 5–10 business days after the specifications have been finalized. Pilot batches for private label products can take up to 20 days, depending on the design and packaging.
How does shipping work within Ukraine?
Delivery is arranged via “Nova Poshta” (including pallet shipments), pickup directly from the factory, or via your carrier. We have experience delivering to any region of Ukraine.
Is it possible to request the development of a custom formula?
Yes. We develop custom formulations for automotive and household chemicals: we adjust the pH, scent, color, viscosity, and concentration to meet your technical requirements.
