Public Offer
This document constitutes an official public offer by GRAND CLIN LLC, operating under the TED PROFESSIONAL trademark, and governs the terms and conditions of the sale of goods on the website https://ted-professional.ua.
1. General Provisions
1.1. This public offer constitutes a contract between the Seller (GRAND CLEAN LLC) and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) that has accepted the terms of the offer.
1.2. Acceptance of this offer is evidenced by placing an order on the website or by confirmation via phone or email.
1.3. The sales contract is considered concluded upon the Seller’s receipt of the order confirmation.
2. Subject Matter of the Contract
2.1. The Seller agrees to transfer ownership of the automotive and household cleaning products listed in the TED PROFESSIONAL online store catalog to the Buyer.
2.2. The name, quantity, price, payment method, and delivery method are specified by the Buyer when placing the order.
3. Placing an Order
3.1. Orders are accepted through the website, by phone, or by email.
3.2. After placing an order, the Buyer will receive a notification (SMS / Viber / Email) with confirmation and order details.
4. Product Prices
4.1. Prices are listed in Ukraine’s national currency—the hryvnia—and include VAT (unless otherwise specified).
4.2. The Seller reserves the right to change the prices of goods without affecting orders that have already been confirmed.
5. Payment for Goods
5.1. Payment may be made using one of the available methods:
- online payment by Visa or MasterCard;
- Payment upon delivery at a "Nova Poshta" branch (with the carrier's fee);
- Non-cash payment based on an invoice for legal entities.
5.2. Once payment is received, the Seller prepares the order for shipment.
6. Delivery of Goods
6.1. Delivery is provided throughout Ukraine via “Nova Poshta” or another carrier, as agreed.
6.2. Delivery times range from 1 to 5 days, depending on the region. Detailed delivery terms are provided on the “Delivery and Payment” page .
7. Returns and Exchanges
7.1. Returns are accepted in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights” within 14 days of receipt, provided that the item has not been used and remains in its original condition.
7.2. Chemical products (automotive chemicals, household chemicals) may be returned only in unopened packaging.

8. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
The Seller agrees to:
- deliver goods of the appropriate quality in accordance with the order;
- ensure the accuracy of information about the product, its composition, packaging, and storage conditions;
- Meet the processing and delivery deadlines for orders.
The buyer agrees to:
- provide accurate information to place an order;
- accept the goods and pay for them in accordance with the terms of the contract;
- Check the packaging for damage upon receipt.
9. Quality Assurance
9.1. All TED PROFESSIONAL products comply with the technical specifications of TU U 20.4-42865138-002:2019 and come with a quality certificate.
9.2. The guaranteed shelf life of the products is 3 years from the date of manufacture, provided that storage conditions are followed.
10. Processing of Personal Data
10.1. When placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data.”
10.2. Customer information is used solely for the purpose of processing orders and is not disclosed to third parties, except as required by law.
11. Liability of the Parties
11.1. The Seller shall not be liable for the improper use of the products, for results that do not meet the Buyer’s expectations, or for delays caused by the carrier.
11.2. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation; if no agreement is reached, they shall be resolved in court in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
