Shipping and Payment

TED PROFESSIONAL — Ukrainian manufacturer of automotive and household cleaning products , GRAND CLEAN LLC. We provide fast and safe delivery of our products throughout Ukraine. All orders are packaged in accordance with the requirements for transporting chemical products to ensure they arrive undamaged.

1. Shipping Methods

We offer several delivery options, depending on the type and size of the order:

• "Nova Poshta" — delivery throughout Ukraine to a branch or to a specific address (including pallet shipments for wholesale customers).
• Pickup directly from the factory is available at our warehouse located at: 23223, Vinnytsia Oblast, Vinnytsia Raion, Zarvantsi Village, 7 km along the Khmelnytskyi Highway.
• Shipping via a carrier of your choice —for large wholesale orders or corporate clients, we arrange logistics through any convenient shipping company.

Shipments are made daily from Monday through Friday. Orders placed by 1:00 p.m. can be shipped the same day.

2. Delivery Times

Standard delivery times:

• 1–2 days — for the central regions of Ukraine;
• 2–3 days — for remote communities;
• Up to 5 days — for large or palletized shipments.

After shipment, you will receive an SMS or Viber message with the tracking number for your package.

3. Shipping Cost

Shipping costs depend on weight, volume, and the selected carrier. For retail orders, shipping is charged according to “Nova Poshta” rates. For wholesale customers, individual terms apply (shipping discounts or free shipping for large orders).

4. Payment for Orders

We offer several payment options that are convenient for both individual and corporate customers:

• Credit card (Visa/MasterCard) — online payment via a payment system.
• Payment upon delivery —in cash or by card at a “Nova Poshta” branch (carrier fee according to the rate schedule).
• Cashless payment —for legal entities based on an invoice (with or without VAT).

After payment, we send a fiscal receipt or invoice containing all the necessary details. For regular partners, we offer a payment deferral system by agreement.

5. Delivery of Wholesale Orders

Separate logistics arrangements are in place for car washes, distributors, and corporate clients:

• Pallet shipments within Ukraine via "Nova Poshta" or your carrier.
• Optimizing shipping to reduce the cost per kilogram.
• The ability to combine shipments of various automotive and household cleaning products.

6. Security Guarantees and Order Verification

Every shipment is inspected before dispatch. We guarantee the integrity of the packaging and the airtightness of the products. Upon receiving your order, we recommend that you check:

• no damage to the packaging or spills;
• availability of all ordered items;
• that the packaging matches what is specified on the shipping document.

In the event of damage during transport, a report is drawn up with a representative of the carrier for the purpose of obtaining compensation.

7. Returns and Exchanges

If you received an item of unsatisfactory quality or the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days to arrange a return. Detailed guidelines are provided in the “Exchanges and Returns” section .
