Exchanges and Returns

The TED PROFESSIONAL online store (manufactured by GRAND CLIN LLC) complies with current Ukrainian legislation, specifically the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights, ” and guarantees customers the right to exchange or return products within the established timeframes.

1. Return and Exchange Policy

Returns or exchanges are permitted in the following cases:

• The item has not been used; its original appearance, packaging, seals, and labels are intact;
• there is a document confirming the purchase (receipt, invoice, sales slip);
• The product is not included in the list of non-returnable items (in accordance with Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994).

For chemical products (automotive chemicals, household chemicals), returns are accepted only if the packaging is undamaged and sealed, and provided that storage instructions have been followed.

2. Non-returnable items

In accordance with the law, the following items are not eligible for exchange or return:

• household and automotive cleaning products after opening the container;
• products showing signs of use or loss of seal;
• Custom-made products (private label, custom packaging).

3. Return or Exchange Period

The buyer has the right to request an exchange or refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, not including the day of purchase.

If a defect is discovered at a later date, the matter is resolved following an expert assessment of the product's quality.

Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase within 3–7 business days after the returned item is received at the warehouse and its condition is verified.

6. Exchange of Goods of Acceptable Quality

If the product you ordered does not meet your requirements in terms of specifications or packaging, you may exchange it for another similar product from the TED PROFESSIONAL catalog, provided that the product’s consumer properties remain intact.
